  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring in additional rental items to personalize your event. The Mill provides tables and chairs for your indoor reception; however, clients are responsible for providing their own ceremony chairs and any outdoor setup items such as tents, cocktail tables, or lounge furniture for social hour.

    All outside rentals must be scheduled for delivery and pickup during your reserved rental period.

Tours & Open Houses:

  • All tours are by appointment only.

Booking & Payments:

    1. Submit an application for approval

    2. Sign contract

    3. Pay deposit to hold your date

    • $500 deposit to reserve your date

    • 50% due 30 days out

    • Remaining balance due 7 days before event date

  • Cash, Check, Venmo

Food & Drink:

  • Yes,

    Licensed caterers and self-catering (with prior approval) allowed.

  • Yes,

    You will need to obtain a host liquor liability insurance for the day - this can easily be added to your current policies.

    Note: You can not sell alcohol unless you hire a licensed bartending service.

  • No

    We do not provide this service

    You may hire a licensed/insured bar service.

Photography & Filming:

  • Absolutely! We love when couples choose The Mill as the backdrop for their engagement photos. Photo sessions can be scheduled by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Please see our photography pricing and property use policy for details.

  • Yes, you may reserve time to take wedding or elopement photos at The Mill even if you’re not hosting your event here. We offer hourly and day-use rates for photography sessions.

  • Yes — we welcome portrait sessions by appointment. All sessions must be booked in advance and accompanied by a signed property use agreement.

  • Yes, The Mill on Rush Creek is available for film, television, and commercial shoots. We’d love to discuss your project and location needs — please contact us for rates and availability.

  • The Mill is privately owned and not open to the public for casual photography without prior permission. Please contact us to arrange a session.
